Dr. Sivagnanam SurendraPrincipal Dentist GDC NO: 48206
Dr. Surendra qualified from Colombo University, Sri Lanka in 1972 and has been practising in Battersea since 1978. He is firmly committed to the adage "Prevention is better than cure".

Dr. Abhijeet GodboleDental Surgeon GDC NO: 100836
Abhijeet Godbole graduated from the University of Mumbai at the top of his class in 2002. He joined the Battersea Preventative Practice in July 2008 and is committed to delivering high quality, patient centred solutions.
He is an experienced dental implantologist (replacements for missing teeth) and also holds a keen interest in smile designing and occlusion.
In his spare time, Abhi enjoys traveling, camping and reading as well as other outdoor activities with his wife. -
Dr. Nirmal BrarDental Surgeon GDC NO: 83214
Nirmal qualified in 1998 from Dasmesh institute of research and Dental sciences, India and since 2004 has worked within the NHS and private sectors at many practices in central London.
He has continued to increase his knowledge and experience in restorative dentistry and has also attended many courses on different aspects of cosmetic dentistry.
In his spare time, Nirmal loves cricket, all racket sports, as well as travelling. -
Dr. Dilshad KassamDental Surgeon GDC NO: 75115
Dil graduated from Kings College London in 1998 with honours and has been working at BPDP for the last 9 years. She has established long term relationships with patients at Battersea Preventive Dental Practice and prides herself on her chair-side manner and ability to produce beautiful dentistry in a calm stress free environment.
In her spare time Dil enjoys socialising, dining out, watching live musical performances and keeping fit. -
Dr. Anna Shortt
Dental Surgeon
Anna graduated with credit from Otago University, New Zealand in 1999. She then spent two years working as a Maxillofacial Housesurgeon at Christchurch hospital and then spent the last nine years working in the Southwest of England in mixed/NHS practices. Having received the Paediatric Prize at University she has an ongoing interest in treating children and encouraging friendly, relaxed visits to the dentist.
In her spare time Anna enjoys playing and watching sports, travelling and spending time with family and friends. -
Dr. Trevor BoodoosinghDental Surgeon GDC NO: 78747
Trevor graduated in Dentistry from Kings College London and has been practising dentistry in London since 2000. His current interest in dentistry includes sedation for nervous patients,oral surgery and implants.
He is a member of the British Society of Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry and is totally committed to professionalism and to continuing education and to keeping abreast of the changing technology in modern dentistry. His aim is to promote a healthier smile and lifestyle for you and your family through preventative dentistry and through regular screening and advice. -
Yvonne HowellDental Hygienist/Therapist GDC NO: 109826
Yvonne qualified as a Dental Hygienist/Therapist at Kings College London '07 and joined Battersea Preventive Dental Practice directly after graduating, working 3 days & tutoring hygiene & therapy at Kings Dental Hospital.
A member of The British Dental Hygiene & Therapy association & GDC she regularly attends seminars & training courses. She is also fully qualified in home & in surgery tooth whitening. -
Annette AherneDental Hygienist GDC NO: 4804
Annette Aherne qualified March 1995 Guys Hosp. She has worked in the West end for 10 years in a specialist private practice and has 16 years experience in private/nhs practices. She has a therapeutic holistic approach towards patients and a keen interest in dental health education, maintaining good oral health and treating patients with gum problems.
She is proud of her warm, friendly, but professional approach towards patients which helps put them at ease.

Fionnuala MaloneDental Hygienist GDC NO: 181128
Fionnuala Malone is the newest member of the practice. She completed her dental hygiene training in Trinity College Dublin. Since graduating in 2009 she has gained experience working with a wide variety of patients in public, private and hospital settings.
Fionnuala prides herself in taking a personal interest in every patient she treats. She is very passionate about dentistry and enjoys working with nervous patients to help them overcome any fear of dental procedures. She strongly believes that prevention is better than the cure and during your session you will be given individually tailored oral hygiene hygiene advice using a range of oral hygiene aids that best suits your needs so you can take an effective active role in caring for your teeth and gums on a daily basis.
