Complaints procedure

We make every effort to give the best service possible. However, we are aware that sometimes things can go wrong, with the result that at some point, you may have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would like the matter to be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the practice in any way, please contact the Practice Manager in writing, giving details of your complaint. We will do our best to answer your complaint as soon as possible.

You can deliver your complaint by post, phone, email or in person.
